So, what I want to chat about today is Windows Vista. It seems the overall consensus is while it’s pretty, it sucks major resources on people’s computers. Well Microsoft has listened to all the whiners and decided to come out with a “leaner” version called respectively Windows 7.

I’m not at all happy about this. I have Windows Vista and it’s amazing. I think if you had any background in computers, you would too. But the silent majority of those that love Vista have not been heard. Sad I must say.

Vista truly is a thinking persons OS and not someone that spends all there time on twittering or has limited English abilities and types cryptic text messages to pass for an intelligent conversation. If they had spend any time in the vast help section included with it they would have been able to remedy a majority of their woes.

But I digress, what about those that have PCs that couldn’t run it correctly? Well here’s a word I’m sure most of you have seen before “Upgrade” it’s that simple. Now you’ll just have to shell out more money to Microsoft in order to have the new Operating System and what have you saved really in the end? I doubt they will give to you out of kindness for all the grief you have brought them over the last few months.

A friend of mine brought it to my attention I didn’t like Vista at first. I did, I just didn’t want to gloat, because while her seemingly decent laptop, would never be able to run it. Now that XP is being permanently shelved I doubt her laptop will be upgraded in the future for even the watered down Windows 7.

That’s what it is folks a striped down version of a Ferrari and now you’ll have a glorified Toyota.

I will not be forking over the dough to Microsoft when I’m perfectly content with Vista in the first place but all you whiners will so I will have the last laugh..
